Registration of a personal account on State Services

Immediately after registration, you will receive an account of this level. You can view reference information, check traffic police fines, request extracts from registers, pay utility bills, and more.

To obtain this level, you will need to provide passport details and SNILS. You will additionally have the opportunity to find traffic police fines by the number of the vehicle registration certificate or by the driver’s license. It also opens up access to an appointment with a doctor and even to register a trademark via the Internet.
