On July 1, 2021, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia announced that it had put into operation a new information system in the field of control and supervision activities — the Unified Register of Control (Supervisory) Activities. This IC is thus put into commercial operation. The registry is available at https://proverki.gov.ru/portal.
It is assumed that the register will contain information on all new types of control (supervisory) activities: control purchase, monitoring purchase, selective control, inspection visit, raid inspection, documentary inspection, on-site inspection, on-site inspection, monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements . Controllers will have to enter into the register data on inspection, examination, questioning, receipt of written explanations, on the reclamation of documents, sampling (samples), instrumental examination, testing, examination, experiment, as well as on the assignment of control objects to certain categories of risk of harm ( damage) to legally protected values.
The message notes that verification of an economic entity will be possible only if information about it was previously reflected in the relevant register. Thus, the enterprise will be able to find out in advance about the need to prepare for the visit of controllers, get information about the frequency with which such visits can be carried out.
From July 1, 2021, the Unified Register of Types of Control (Supervision) was launched, created as part of the reform of control and supervisory activities. The register includes all types of control at the federal, regional and municipal levels, as well as their description. In addition, it is indicated which supervisory authorities will carry out a particular type of control.
You can check if the inspectors plan to visit your company in the new year, for this you need to:

– enter the TIN, OGRN or company name of the company about which you need to get information;
– press the “Search” button;
— the automated program will give you information about the conducted or planned prosecutorial inspections, indicating the month of the beginning of the inspections, the type of inspection, the name of the state control body and the name of the prosecutor’s office.
With the help of the registry, you can find out in advance about the raid inspection, test purchase, field inspection, random inspection and other events, and therefore, prepare in time for the visit of the supervisory authorities and put things in order.
