In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Leningrad Region No. 2 dated January 16, 2018. The Program for the Overhaul of Apartment Buildings Located on the Territory of the Leningrad Region, in which the common property is subject to overhaul for 2014-2043 (hereinafter referred to as the Program), includes apartment buildings located on the territory of the municipality «Murinsky rural settlement».
According to Part 5 of Article 170 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, owners of premises in an apartment building must hold a general meeting on choosing a method for forming a capital repair fund within two months from the date of publication of the Program (until 03/30/2018)
In the event that the owners of premises in an apartment building do not choose the method of forming a capital repair fund in time, the local government decides to form a capital repair fund in relation to such an apartment building on the account of a specialized non-profit organization that carries out activities aimed at ensuring the implementation of overhaul of common property in apartment buildings located on the territory of the Leningrad Region, i.e. on the account of the regional operator — NO «Fund for Capital Repairs of the Leningrad Region».
